     孔小均，1946年10月生，民革河北省主委，河北师范大学硕士生导师。1981年获理学硕士学位。近年来，承担省、部级科研课题4项，获河北省科技进步二、三等奖各一项，在著名学术期刊Physical Review B, Journal of Physics: Condensed matter和Journal of Applied Physics等期刊上发表论文三十余篇，均被SCI收录，有的论文被检索次数高达20次。
